Urata Biqkaj-Müller
Founder Magnolia Consulting & Managing DirectorUrata Biqkaj-Müller is responsible for Sustainability Strategy at agradblue, which includes strategy consulting, reporting and ESG data management. She also leads agradblue's activities in the cross-industry initiative Coalition X. Prior to her role as Managing Director at agradblue, she co-founded Magnolia Consulting GmbH with Luiza Linton and Dr. Anne Michaels, where she also served as Managing Director. She previously held management positions at PwC. She successfully passed her auditing exam in 2018.
Patrick Lange
Managing DirectorPatrick Lange is responsible for sales and the strategic development of agradblue's key clients. His focus is on ESG strategy and regulatory management, sustainable portfolio and asset optimization as well as the long-term performance of real estate investments. He looks after key investors, major clients and projects and represents agradblue at management level in the professional community. He previously held management positions at CA Immo, Bilfinger Berger, ECE and Ernst & Young Real Estate, among others. He is also Vice President Finance and a member of the Management Board of CoreNet Global.
Luiza Linton
Founder Magnolia Consulting & Managing DirectorLuiza Linton is responsible for transition planning and carbon credits at agradblue. Before joining agradblue, she co-founded Magnolia Consulting GmbH with Urata Biqkaj-Müller and Dr. Anne Michaels, where she was Managing Director. She began her professional career at GIZ with a focus on sustainable finance. After completing her master's degree in development economics, she initially worked in development cooperation before moving into the private sector. She gained further consulting experience at PwC Sustainability Services.
Dr. Anne Michaels
Founder Magnolia Consulting & Managing DirectorDr. Anne Michaels is responsible for the Resilience product pillar at agradblue. She has over 15 years of experience in the integration of ESG, in particular climate risks, into the corporate practice of companies and financial institutions. Her focus is on climate risk analyses, scenario and resilience analyses, adaptation strategies and their integration into risk management. Before joining agradblue, she gained experience at PwC, the Frankfurt School UNEP-Collaborating Center for Climate & Sustainable Energy Finance and the Schaeffler Group, with projects in Germany, Asia, Africa and Europe.
