The Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR) creates transparency about the actual sustainability performance of funds and investment products. Particularly in the real estate sector, where climate risks, energy efficiency and decarbonization play a central role, the SFDR creates comparability and reduces greenwashing risks.
