agradblue and Magnolia merge - future joint appearance under the agradblue brand
The Westbridge Group companies agradblue GmbH (agradblue) and Magnolia Consulting GmbH (Magnolia) have merged as of January 1, 2026 and will operate under the joint brand agradblue. With the merger, the companies are pooling their expertise in ESG consulting to support clients with market-related and regulatory requirements in a structured and data-based manner.
agradblue stands for technical sustainability expertise and operational implementation. The focus is on the management of sustainability data, the decarbonization of real estate portfolios and measures to increase energy efficiency through to building certifications. Magnolia complements this profile with strategic and regulatory sustainability consulting: the consulting team focuses in particular on supporting financial institutions, players in the real estate industry and industrial companies in the implementation of regulatory requirements and the development of holistic sustainability strategies, climate scenario analyses and transition plans. They are now also bringing this expertise to agradblue.
The future management team consists of the three founders of Magnolia - Dr. Anne Michaels, Urata Biqkaj-Müller and Luiza Linton - as well as the previous agradblue Managing Director Patrick Lange. Strategically, agradblue will remain embedded in the Westbridge Group. The management reports to Benita Schneider, Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Westbridge, who is also responsible for the further development of the integrated service portfolio.
"The requirements for ESG have become significantly more complex. Our clients do not need individual solutions, but holistic advice based on reliable data and clear strategic positioning," says Benita Schneider. "With the merger, we are combining technical depth, regulatory security and an economic perspective into a holistic advisory approach that can be used across all client groups."
The content focus of agradblue remains deliberately broad: clients benefit from an end-to-end service model that combines data, regulatory requirements and their implementation from a single source.
