Patrick Lange moves from CA Immo to agradblue

The Frankfurt-based ESG expert Westbridge has brought Patrick Lange (36) on board as the new Director Sustainabilty for the Westbridge subsidiary agradblue. He comes from the listed and internationally active office real estate specialist CA Immo, where he most recently held the position of Head of ESG, Innovation & Services. He will take up his new position on August 1, 2023.

At agradblue, Lange will contribute his in-depth expertise in the "Sustainability Management and ESG" division, where he will assume primary responsibility for sales and the development of innovative consulting products relating to ESG & Smart Building. In addition to key account and major project management, his other responsibilities will include representing the company in the professional community.

In addition to CA Immo, his previous professional experience includes other well-known companies such as Bilfinger Berger, ECE and Ernst & Young Real Estate. He completed two Master's degree programs: "Technical Building Management/Facility Management" at the University of Applied Sciences in Mainz and "Corporate Real Estate Manager" at the International Real Estate Business School (IREBS) in Regensburg. Patrick Lange is also VP Finance on the board of CoreNet Global, the largest global association of corporate real estate managers.
